Welcome to the NI ReACH waiting list application.
This web-based process will assist you in applying for a place on the waiting list for one or more of our housing assistance programs.
Upon completion of registration, write down the tracking number for your records. Please note, once your application has been uploaded from the cloud service, you will no longer be able to "search existing record".
To successfully apply, provide the following information:

A valid phone number at which the HA can contact you.
To meet the NI ReACH eligibility criteria:
Provide accurate information. Submission of false information or misrepresentation may result in loss of eligibility to participate in our housing assistance programs. Applicants must have a valid mailing address and/or phone number for contact purpose. Applicants who cannot be contacted will have their file flagged as inactive.
Only one application per household is permitted. After applying, changes to any of your information needs to be updated in writing or in person at our office.
